When you're searching for the top silent alarm clock, you should look no further than the Sunrise Alarm Clock. This alarm clock designed for heavy sleepers has a range of features that combines loud alarm and bright lights to create that Sunset simulation needed to get you off bed.
Some of the reasons why you should consider the sunrise alarm clock includes flexibility in use as it can be used as an alarm clock as well as bedside lamp, due to its ability to change its colors. It also helps you feel more awake and aware when you wake up in the morning.
The sunlight bright light starts working 30 minutes before your alarm clock is to go off and it moves from 1% brightness to 100% until it wakes you up and gets you prepared for your day. It can also be used at night and it acts as a nightlight that can be placed beside the lamp. This allows you to select a range of colors ranging from warm white, green, red, blue, purple, orange and indigo light.
The natural sounds that accompany this alarm clock have a sizzling feel to it. It's not annoying when the alarm goes off. There is snooze function as well that can be activated which would allow the wake-up sound to playback after 5 minutes. One of the best alarms for deaf people is the Rug Alarm Clock for Heavy Sleepers, Instecho Rug Carpet Alarm Clock. This alarm is effective and extremely loud with sounds reaching 120 decibels.
It sounds like having an industrial blender going off in your room. It also ensures you wake up feeling refreshed and motivated as you can wake up to your custom Mp3 playlist or a series of motivational tapes to get you in charge of your day.
It is handmade and incredibly soft. It comes with supremely soft fleece that will add to your interior design of your bedroom with its cushy memory foam. We also love the fact that this alarm clock has a minimalist design and can be used as a mini rug too.
You can keep it in your bedroom without having it take up much space on your lamp stand. The alarm sound that comes out of the Intecho Alarm Clock and Rug Carpet can also be customized to your liking. You can simply connect it with a USB cable and drag sounds into it from your computer. Once you put in the batteries, it will use the sound as your customized alarm sound.
It also has a Pressure Sensor that will continue to sound until you get off the bed. There are so many alarm clocks that ensure you get out of bed and this is one of them. It's designed to continue to sound the alarm until you get off the bed and place your feet on it. Unlike traditional alarm clocks where you have to tap it by the bedside before it turns off - this innovative clock requires you to step on it.
It's perfect for those who love to nap a lot as well as those who work late nights. The ease of customization allows you to choose custom songs from your computer to use as the alarm sound. You can also choose custom messages to play as a reward every time you get off the bed in time.

The Sonic Alert SBB500SS Sonic Bomb Loud Dual Alarm Clock with Bed Shaker features in our list of the best vibrating alarm clock. It allows you to snooze your clock indefinitely and it does not automatically reset itself the next day. It has a large display where you can view time and daylight savings with ease.
It has been proven to wake the heaviest of sleepers but it does lack some certain features. Some of these features might be features that you are used to such as temperature display and music player like the Intecho reviewed above, it still serves as a good alarm clock.
It runs on AC power but it also comes with an inbuilt 9-volt battery that keeps the time and alarm settings when the power goes off. When there is a power outage, the unit will maintain the time but it won't be able to offer you any alarm sound while it's running on battery power.
You won't be able to use the radio functionality with this alarm clock. You also have to set the time and daylight savings time manually. Speaking of time, this alarm clock displays time in large numbers but you can adjust the brightness of the numbers if it's too disruptive to your sleep.
It uses dual alarms so you will have to set it off twice each morning. Sonic, the manufacturers, offer a 1-year warranty on the Sonic Bomb and their customer service department can be reached by phone and via email.

The Peakeep 4" Twin Bell Alarm Clock with Stereoscopic Dial comes with everything that we know about the Peakeep brand. With a neat dial with stereoscopic numbers and not the printed cardboard found in most today, you will definitely enjoy using this alarm clock.
It's suitable for heavy sleepers with mild loss hearing and even those who might be deaf. Once you set this alarm, you have to turn it off when it gets activated. There is no snooze button to use when you're tired of the noise. This makes it suitable for those who might have trouble waking up early as well as those who don't hear their alarm clock when it goes off.
It has a manual light that illuminates the dial and glows evenly across the clock for viewing the time at night. This manual light is soft and energy saving. It won't cause any impediment to your night rest.
The quiet sweep movement offers a second hand that moves around the dial without making a sound - no ticking. It works on batteries - 1 AA battery. If you're a heavy sleeper who sleeps through firetrucks and even ambulances on your front porch, then this alarm clock is the best for you.

This LCD Display Running Alarm Clock, Black Runaway Clock on Wheels is a great alarm clock for deep sleepers. One major way of ensuring you wake up at the time you expect in the morning is by setting an alarm that you can actually hear.
Another is to have the alarm clock close to you when you decide to turn it off. This Black Runaway Clock on Wheels can be wheeled from position to position thanks to the wheels it comes with. You can snooze it and apply the backlight to it at the same time. There are time and date functionalities. The backlight is very important especially for knowing what the time is at night.
For power, it uses 4 AAA batteries which takes out the guesswork of how you will be alarmed when there is no AC power source. Most alarm clocks that use AC power sources tend to go silent when there is a power outage - not this alarm though.
The alarm sound is extremely loud and you will have to be in a pretty banged up shape psychologically and medically to be comfortable sleeping when the alarm is activated.
The instructions are simple to understand and you won't find any complexity in there. We did notice that even though this alarm clock is loud, it still isn't loud enough for heavy sleepers. You will have to damage your ears for it to be loud enough for you.
